Not refunding my money courier from MebelKart

We received a courier from MebelKart with this order id 1001771220/37728 and we found the product totally broken. Its the vintage wall clock with glass over the top and the glass was totally broken.

We didn't unpack it fully and from the transparent sheet with which the clock is covered we found that the glass was broken.

Please ask the company to refund my money or replace this product.

Please help me. It i more than 3 months that they are not returning my money.

    I ordered a shoe rack to Mebelkart on 17th April 2016. On 25th May they said it was out of stock and offered me a refund. But I have not yet received my money. Please help.
