Illogical charges on under warranty compressor

I had purchased Samsung AC (model code-AS183BSDN), bearing serial # (B126PZBB202542F), capacity 1.5 ton on 5th May 2011 vide Invoice No. 891. This Season when I started my AC, There was no cooling. Then I make service request at Samsung customer care No. vide my request number 4212330809 dated 13th April 2016. Samsung engineer visited at my house and confirmed that compressor which is under warranty has a fault and needs to be replaced. He took the compressor at Samsung’s Service Centre and again confirms that new compressor will be given but I have to pay Gas charges which is approximately INR1600. I had reservation on this as gas is the integral part of compressor and compressor was faulty not the gas, why am I being charged for gas. I contacted again Samsung customer support and put my reservation on paying gas charges in under warranty faulty compressor. I was told by Samsung that is as per the warranty information available on Samsung web site and accordingly I have to pay these charges. I visited Samsung web site and found that there is no such clause in Warranty Information, which say about paying the gas charges. I again approached to Samsung customer support through mail and gave reference of warranty information available on web site (Warranty Information available on 13th April 2016 is being attached for your reference). But they regret to waive the gas charges and asked me to take unit back without repair. Ultimately I had to pay total charges INR 2575.5 (1603 for gas+ 400 transportation + 572.5 for service charges).
My concern is that when compressor is under warranty, they must not ask me for gas charge as gas is the integral part of compressor.
To convince Samsung my views, I had spent almost 10 hours and beside that I suffered mentally as well as financially, I demand for a compensation in addition to the actual expenses I incurred.
