Complain against Jaquar Sanitarywares deficiency of service

We purchased all Sanitation fittings (23 Items Costing nearly 70000/-) for our newly built house of Jaquar brand. We were of the opinion that Jaquar brand is the most trusted brands in India, but our opinion changed with their first service itself.
The complaint was improper working of their Mertopole Valve under Warranty.
Their Service Provider came at our house. He open the Metropole & dipped all its parts in Harpik (Toilet Cleaner) which he demanded from us. As per our opinion metropole parts shouldn’t be dipped in Harpik as it contains acid which damages the parts. At the same time he told that piece of Brick have come in the line & so the valve stopped working. Piece of Brick can’t come in line because we are using Sintex Tank and water outlet in tank is fitted 4 inches above bottom & if the piece of brick is creating the problem than the problem should be automatically resolved after its removable. Than he said that the whole plastic part will we replace at customer cost because the warranty is for service only.
I am technically Qualified and as per my opining the Part was fine only the problem was the expansion of Black Colored O rubber ring which expanded due to Summer water. This expansion comes under manufacturing defect & so the Metropole should be repaired at your Cost. The matter least relates to Amount and more relates to the principles.

Previously the Metropole wasn't stopping water discharge, but now Metropole Immediately stops Water discharge. Not even 2 liters of water get discharge at Single Press.
After receiving SMS for closure of Service call No. 370559 I am forced to write this mail. As stated earlier "The matter least relates to Amount and more relates to the principles". I want to bring to Notice of the Company's Higher Officials the Cheap Quality of Service."
