Wrong Product recieved Apple Iphone 5s from Shopo.in

I had placed an order for an Apple Iphone 5s on 23 May 2016 at 2:03 pm from Shopo.in . Had a conversation with the seller before placing the order. Made negotiations and purchased the product by cash on delivery and payment was done successfully. The payment has been done to DTDC courier.. Seller confirmed the order and told to send it on the very next day. The seller is "Satish.Kishore from bhopal" and his phone number 8871875974. Now ,the seller had blocked me and fone is also switch off.. and he blocked me on shopo.. I had a conversation with him on 23 may through the Shopo Chat feature in which seller replied that he has already send the product through DTDC Courier. Now, the seller turns out to be unscrupulous and Fraudulent. Also,send a number of mails to the company's customer support , but received no response from them as well. This Company is a Subsidiary partner of Snapdeal. Tried contacting them(Snapdeal), but received no support from them. Shopo turns out to be a fraud company with a massive funding from its parent firm Snapdeal. Still it says that they don't have any rights to exercise their power over the other firm.Please coordinate with the seller or the organization about this incident and refund the entire amount because i saved it for my little sister.. she was so happy to get Iphone... Its a serious issue and please look into this matter and escalate this issue expeditiously.. Pllzzzzzz plzzzzzzz plzzzzzzz
