Charging exorbitant amount for cancellation and modification

Ticket Booking Complaint Date: December 24, 2017
I wanted to modify my flight booking as I had booked a wrong date by mistake. Within minutes of booking I realised my mistake and called the customer representative. He says the modification charges are more than the booking amount and when I wished to cancel I get a notification that INR 251 will be refunded. My charges were inr 2766 and they are refunding me inr 251. Upon asking the rep. He says this is the charge. Upon telling that I will file a case with the consumer court he says ok and cuts the call. These people cheat customers and are least bothered about consumer courts too. Requesting immediate action and refund or compensation from the company.
