complaint against DAIKIN SPLIT AC for disappointed

I have purchased a diakin Split Ac Model Number ATC50RRYV from on 20/04/2016
I am very disappointed and I think I have made a big mistake of purchasing
this a/c ...
There were many other brands available in the market for a competitive price, in spite of that i chose to buy a Daikin Ac because of the brand name and value......
The Ac was delivered the next morning ... After a couple of days the Ac was installed and the very same day I had cooling issues with it. I immediately called the manager (Karthikeyan) at Vasanth and co he advised me to check for a day and call me the next day...
The next morning I
called him and he asked me to keep in touch with Daikin sales manager after calling them a few times they came and had a look... They understood my issue and promised to replace it with a new one once they get stock as they did not have stock that day... I assumed issue was solved and I would get another one very soon...

The very next day I got a call from the same salesman and he said a Technician would visit to recheck the Ac and try to refill the gas or to check if
there is any technical issue with the unit... I cooperated with them and told them to come over... A team of technician came and they came up with a new story stating that the place is too big for a 1.5 Tonn Ac... my previous=
Ac was also 1.5 Tonn and I was very happy with the cooling only difference
is that it wasn't DAIKIN . He did not agree and he advised me to shift the=
Ac to the room and he would guarantee a good effective cooling .... As I had no other choice I agreed to him and he charged me 4850/-for reinstalling the unit and for the aluminium coil inclusive ....

After reinstalling the Ac I had the same issues with the cooling I again called the engineer ... He came over to my place with his team leader ... They checked and stated making new stories that the gas was low and some techincal issues ...
Now it's been more than 15 days and I am tired of your technician visiting
my place over and over ... In the mean time it's been over 40 days since I bought this Ac and now I have given up on your brand ... Every time your technician come over they carry their temperature cooling machine and they keep the machine in front of Ac for a very long time to get the right temperature but they don't understand this is not the first time I have bought a split Ac ...

In due course I could understand that your technicians are only whiling away the time and with no choice I bought a another new spilt 1.5 Ac (Electrolux) and installed at the very same place where your technician said it was too big for a 1.5 Tonn Ac ... To your surprise I am very happy with the cooling which Electrolux is giving me when compared to Daikin ..

With this email I am attaching the bill copy along with service completion
certificates as reference ... I m totally disappointed with Daikin and your
team of techinician and I want total refund of my money (34000) and reinstallation charges (4850)
If I don't get the refund I will be forced to file a case against Daikin in
the consumer court and I m tired of your Technician coming and visiting my place ... I don't have time to entertain them and call them a millions of times ....

Expecting a prompt reply from your end as soon as possible=20
If I don't get a prompt reply in the next 48 hours you will get a Notice from my advocate ..
