Respected Sir,
We have purchased Videocon TV on 25.06.2016 in Lavanya Home Needs & General Stores, Draksharamam,with 3Years warranty. 3 Months back we got problem with TV screen. Asked at Lavanya store. Their people given service center contact details and address which is located in Kakinada. We take this TV to service center. Service engineer checked and identified the problem with screen and this is not repairable. Hence need to change screen and stock not available with the service center hence take time to repair(one month or 1 1/2 month) to replace spare. Complaint logged on 01.08.2018, Ref No: VIJ0108180051. Till now there is no response from the service center (Main service center located in Vizag, Kakinada service center was permanently closed). I called so many times to these service center persons 1. Saravana +91 - 9133311844, 2. Rama Krishna +91 - 7288880512.
Always these people stating that till the spare was not came. From last 15 to 20 days not lifting my calls also.
