I am mr Smpath shetty ,I purchased micromax 32 inch FHD tv on November 2016,and my tv is dead on 18th of august 2017 ,I registered my complaint on 19th august 2017complaint no. GOA-190817-1579738,technician attend on 22nd ,technician told problem with back light he told we order the part and get back to me after 10 days he came with the part and he fixed Still same problem he take my TV mother board and til now no updates we re called costumer care number they are telling your complaint was closed on 7th September, We are trying to contact goa service center in panjim
he is not responding our call,
And i write a mail to micromax they are replaying me we will repair your TV on priority ,i am receiving same mail from last 10 days. I dont want repair My TV i want my money back or I want new replacement TV
