My lloyd tv is damaged due to lloyd technician problem

To The lloyd company I am sandaka nagaraju and I buyed a lloyd tv from TMC company in kakinada and I called a technician for reinstallation from your service center and technician came to my home but he mishandled my tv and my Tv panel got damaged due to him and we asked her and he said it is not my problem and he uregently takes the pic of invoice bill and he did not take the reference number
So pls take action against him and give me the solution to this
