My led tv is not working and I registered the complaint on 8th Jan. customer representative has closed first complaint without taking any action and now when I am calling everyday and asking for the updates they say we will fix in 24 hours and they keep sending wrong phone numbers to me and asked me to call.
Please help I am frustrated with the service
