My name; Kanai Lal Bhowmik. Residing in Agartala, profession: Business. Raised complaint to service centre and tweeted sony India of Job no. J00607449. Sony Team assured about replacement of ruined part in TV but, later they comforted with an offer of replacement of another TV, for me the offer is least suitable. I assured them in want of proper replacements of parts though, and till now there is no response.
