With due respect it is to inform you that I purchased LG TV from RK Traders,dealers of electronics and electrical Good,Subhash bazaar Diglipur on st 29.10.2017.sir,it is to inform you that on tenth of February 2018 that TV comes under bad and in working condition.Immediatly we called the shopkeeper (RK Traders) firstly they never received after many calls he receive but didn't response out subject matter.
Later we consult with customer care unit,they provide the main dealers mobile no according to the phone no I called the main dealer and talked about the TV repair. Firstly she said within 3 to 4 days I will do the repair with the help of my mechanic.After 3 days when I called the dealer about the subject matter she scolded me very badly and said you go and complain against me,I will not repair your TV.
Sir therefore it is my earnest request to you please make necessary arrangement and make my TV in a working condition.
