Complain against Sony India regarding misguiding on repair

My LCD TV has started trouble again and a complained has registered with you on 6.4.16. Your service engineer has visited and told that SMPS has failed which will cost you Rs. 5750/- with 3 month warranty.
But Now on 5.5.16 TV has again started trouble and a complained no. 32045236 has registered with you. Your service engineer has visited again and now he is telling different story that there is a problem in motherboard which will cost us Rs. 7440/-
This is really awesome & painful for me. This is your responsibility as a company to tell the truth to customer about your product. If you tell us at the time of repair of SMPS that motherboard is also week then we may take the different decision, Even we have asked as our regular service engineer told that motherboard is also week, but your service engineer denied. Also you must be aware that you can purchase a good 32Inch LCD TV in Rs. 5750+7440= 13190. It means you are making fool to the customer which is not right.
Hence it is requested to repair my TV free of cost as it is within warranty for three months. Your early action will be highly obliged.
