i am AAYUSH MEHRA using airtel postpaid no. 8800847311. there are wrong charges charged in my BILL dated 09-Feb-2016 of Rs. 1009.21. As per my current BILL PLAN : Airtel Shree Community 75 CUG Plan (Without SMS Plan) @ rs. 75 monthly rental. the call charges are : LOCAL/STD Airtel to Airtel mobile, to other mobile, landline, Airtel CUG are na/min or 0/min . totally unlimited. but i am charged Rs. 897.50 as Call Charges & so on. as per my plan charges i was to be charged total Rs. 85.87 (Rs.75 rental & 14.50% service tax), they are same as previous paid Bills. but i had been charged wrongly. in whole BILL CYCLE till 7th Feb. 2016, the unbilled amount was showing Rs. 0.0 but after 8th the Unbilled was showing Rs. 830 & after that Rs. 876 which is showing currently.

finally i got waiver in my bill dated 9-feb-2016. but the unbilled amount complaint had not been resolved till yet. the unbilled amount is still increasing after 7th feb as mentioned earlier. also that after 8th feb. unbilled was showing rs.830 then Rs. 876. yesterday it was showing Rs. 930 & today its showing Rs.950 (as of 13th feb). actually, its a new bill cycle, so how can the unbilled amount be charged in my account (as in my BIILL PLAN all call charges are 0/min, internet service is not active) & old wrong unbilled amount of previous bill cycle i.e., in Rs 830 is getting mixed up with unbilled amount of this months current bill cycle. kindly airtel check this unbilled amount case in my past earlier month's BILL Cycles/Bills of my account. Unbilled amount earlier was used to Rs.0.00. if this kind of service is given by airtel, then i m sorry i had to complaint in consumer forum regarding fraud billing & port out my number into other operator. kindly airtel contact me A.S.A.P. i had already mentioned this unbilled complaint issue also in earlier Reference no. 67789154. i got the update of this reference no. 67789154 as (complaint resolved. As per our records, the charges levied in your airtel mobile bill are valid.) but how can it be as the benefits needs to be working according to my active BILL PLAN regarding call rates. another reference no. F2010692595 registered on 12-FEB-2016. i don't have any update about this reference no. i had complained to appellate authority but they said to mail me the complaint as backhand technical dept. will check that why i m facing this problem ? also kindly airtel look into this matter & call me too. first call me on my mobile no. 8800847311 but if i don't pick up/unreachable then call me on my alternate no. is 9811452244.

the unbilled isuue is still persisting. The unbilled amount as of 22-Feb-2016 is Rs. 1309. The unbilled amount is getting continuously increasing with unbilled amount of previous bill cycle. I talked to appellate authority @ 9958444865 for the same, they said me to attach a screenshot of the current unbilled amount so that they can provide resolution A.S.A.P. . As far as by my knowledge, my bill plan call charges are free i.e., 0/min for local/std. So how can unbilled amount is being charged ? I also asked appellate team about my bill plan benefits working or not ? They said to mail me, this will be checked by backhand team. Please call me A.S.A.P. i am thinking that at the time of next bill generation also, I shall be charged wrong Due Amount.

I AAYUSH MEhra using airtel postpaid no. 8800847311. I have been charged wrongly 2nd time for the same previous issue. I have been charged Rs. 1245.78 this month of bill date 09/03/2016. The charges levied in the bill are not as per bill plan/bill plan call rates. As per my bill plan call charges of all operators local/std are free. But I m charged wrongly. i had contacted airtel nodal officer, appellate authority regarding this but they are not ready to listen me else they are forcing to me pay the bill at any how. i had also attached the screenshots & sended them but they are dening the same & giving false exuses so on... PASSWORD to open E-BILL is oduz
