I have taken postpaid connection before 3 month ago form Vodafone Now I want to covert my vodafone from postpaid to Prepaid I was gone to Vodafone customer center at C 48 Okhla Industrial Area Phase II New Delhi 110020 and meet with your senior executive Ms Manisha Firstly she refuse my request to covert my No from postpaid to perpaid when I requested very time than she agree to convert but she is charging more amount Rs. 625 till today on her writing in simple paper and she refuse to generate actual bill as per my plan and she also misbehave with me

You are requested to kindly solve my Problem immediately and issue us actual bill upto till date enabling me to pay the full and final amount and after that you convert my mobile no from Post Paid to PrePaid
