I'm writing this after having exhausted all the channels with TIKONA.I fail to get the resolution from TIKONA, even after following their proper Escalation Matrix.

I have been writing & calling to Tikona Customer care for the last 5 months,their Appellate Authority is closing the requests without even looking into the facts ( & never responds back when questioned on facts/reasons of closing the requets) and their senior management including Mr Bajpai doesn't respond to the mail even after 7 reminders. Please let me know where we go?

I have been availing services from Tikona (ISP) for more than one year.The related details are:BAN – 119927169 & Service ID – 1108386939, My online request numbers are numerous, including 1-4023731136 & 1-4064729031 ( not sure what they have written in these requests).

I am an old customer of Tikona and have been paying their bills as & when they raised. I have been facing unexplained agony,continued harassment and received no resolution (except auto reply) from Tikona despite raising the issues to their senior management and appellate authority, multiple times.The 7 mails written to the Tikona senior management delivered to them but they choose to remain silent for the reasons best known only to them.

I request your intervention to investigate the case and help me in stopping the un-necessary harassment.I have been regularly getting their calls, sms and mails to pay the bills which are not only non-existent and arbitrary but no-body including their senior management been able to explian me how these have been calculated.Rather, I have to get my money back which I have paid in advance. Further, I must be compensated for the un-explained mental agony, harassment and in accordance with the terms and conditioned in their "Citizen Charter",displayed on their website.

The facts are:

1. My internet connection is not working since 3rd April,2016.Tikona has accepted the same.The services were withdrawn unilaterally, without any intimation to me & has not been resorted since.
2.Since Tikona has a practice to raise the bill for the next month in advance, I paid the advance bill for the period of March15-April 14,2016.

3.Despite my countless calls and requests, my connection has neither been restored nor I have been given the communication when my services would be restored.Only after my 5 months of followup, I received the mail on 23rd August that the services would not be restored due to technical reasons.

4.I have always been told that the concerned technical teams are working on the issue & the connectivity would be "soon" restored.How "soon", Tikona was unable to commit for the last five months.

5.Due to these false commitments from Tikona team, I have been left in lurch with no internet connectivity at my home for few months.
6.Despite no service of internet connectivity being provided, the bills were being raised for last few months and I was being
chased & harassed almost on DAILY basis, through calls, messages and mails to pay the bills.
7. I failed to understand which bills Tikona was asking for. Their Customer care, Billing and Collections teams couldn't explain the reason for raising the bills without providing the service and even after having received the advance payment for the services which Tikona never provided.Even their senior management choose to remain silent on the issue.

8.I have requested & pleaded to their customer service countless times to restore my service and stop harassing me to pay the non- bills.Their billing department told me to speak to technical department for" restoration of services" and their technical department told me to speak to billing department to "stop the bills". Both the departments don't have any coordination and doesn't understand the plight of a Tikona Customer. Further, their "Collections Department' keep raising and harassing the customer for payment of non-existent bills and 'penalties". I have been getting the messages like below regularly:
"Your Tikona Bill is overdue for Rs.446.64.Current plan is suspended,you will be charged 5paise/MB @ a speed of 4Mbps when you use the service. Call 186030003434"

Situation is such bad that Tikona's left hand doesn't not know what right hand is doing.Countless hapless customers like me keep on suffering ( available on Google).

10.Tikona's Citizen Charter on their website promise about great service and even mentions about the "compensation"on page 28.
It seems the such Charters are only"eye-wash" and have been uploaded to fulfill the conditions of the regulator.
