I HAVE TWO RELIANCE PREPAID NETCONNECT BROADBAND+ IN HARYANA CIRCLE OF RELIANCE CONNECTION NO. 9354513934 AND RELIANCE 3 CONNECTION NO. 9315892007. I RECHARGED BOTH OF THEM WITH THE LIFETIME PLAN OF 3001 WHICH GUARANTEES SPEED OF 3.1 MBPS OR BROADBAND SPEED WHICH WAS COMING ALSO. BUT LAST TWO MONTHS CDMA SERVICES IN OUR HARYANA CIRCLE HAVE BEEN STOPPED AND MY BOTH CONNECTIONS ARE GIVING ME 2G DATA SPEED AND SOMETIMES DEAD WHICH IS A MATTER OF BREACH OF CONFIDENCE. WHEN I PAID FOR 3.1 MBPS SPEED FOR 1GB FOR ONE MONTH FOR LIFETIME HOW CAN THEY GIVE ME LESS THAN WHAT THEY PROMISED. I HAVE RECEIPTS OF BOTH RECHARGES AND WHEN THE WHOLE MATTER WAS BROUGHT BEFORE RELIANCE AUTHORITIES THROUGH A E-MAIL, THEY IGNORED.THANKS
