महोदय/ महोदया

मी zipker.com वरून एक अनारकली Dress विकत घेतला. माझा ऑर्डर नंबर आहे - १०००५४२७४पण तो ज़सा Online दिसत होता तास आलेला नाही. त्यामुळे मी त्यांच्या Website वर गेले आणि रिटर्न आणि एक्सचेंज पोलिसी हा ऑप्शन असून पण त्यावर काही क्लिक होत नव्हते. मी फोन सुद्धा केलेला 9910055484 या नंबरवर, त्यांनी उचलून सांगितले कि मी तुमची तकरार नोंदवून घेतली आहे तर पुढील एका तासात तुम्हाला फोन येईल, पण २४ तास होऊन गेले तरी त्यांचा काही रिप्लाय नाही आणि त्या नंबरवर कोणी फोन पण उचलत नाहीये. कट केला जातो फोन. मला माझे पैसे परत हवे आहेत.
