I had placed an order for Gear S2 Classic smart watch on Samusng E Store website. i have placed the order on 21st August 2016, and have paid the price ofr the product. i was informed that order has been placed successfully and in 2 to 4 business days i will receive the product. it has been more than 3 business days and i have not received the status of disptach of the product leave aside the deleivery date. after following up continuously with Call centre today i got to know that, they dont have the stock of the product, and are awaiting the stock. then why in the first case did they accept the order and took money from me. i complained this matter to CEO's office, and they have not yet got back to me on resolution.
further i was compelled to buy online since the product was not available for display or in stock in any of 4 Samsung Smart cafe store in pune which were visited by me on 20th and 21st August 2016. this is creating monopoly, by blocking means of product availability. i was interest in buying the product, and not interest in fighting against such a big company who does not care for their own customers.
