Amount was not refunded by Click to Invest scheme of HDFC

I was opened Click to invest policy on 6th Dec 2015 with Rs 3000 for first 3 months payment and they replied we will call you for confirmation within two working
days . after two weeks later ( 12 days) they didn't call me so I initiate call and process for cancellation my policy and on 21st Dec to do cancel my policy and they
replied as your payment would be credited with 7 working days . I took follow up after 7 days , 10 days, 15 days , communicate via mail , call and they nothing
did from there side. i am very frustrated by there replies like "We are Processing , during call disconnection from there side, Toll free number replied : it
will canceled by sending only mail and Free-chat replied you need to post application to Mumbai Office that means total confusion . so have no other option ,
I am tring a lot from my side for credit my amount but no positive replay . please help me because I was paid by credit card and suffer to much loss of my amount.
I know you must help for customer who suffer cheating.
