I had submitted my account closure documents to india infoline shakespeare sarani branch kolkata, there was a debit balance of Rs.549 which i had cleared vide a cheque drawn on icici bank the same amount was debited on 10.8.16, but till date there is no intimation or feed back from their end, they don't even feel to respond
