Unauthorized Refund Bifurcation -- Air Ticket -- Goibibo

Dear Sir,

As mentioned, I had bought airline ticket from online merchant "goibibo.com", from Dubai to Ahmedabad, dated 16th April 2016, which was duly cancelled due to personal reasons.
Now, when I cancelled the ticket, I took a confirmation from the service provider, not to deduct any cancellation charge, which was duly honored. But, to my surprise, not giving any prior communication (viz., SMS, Phone Call, or even an E-mail), they split the amount in two forms, one they transferred the amount to my account and the other they just credited to their wallet (GOCASH) which can be used for any next purchase, without my consent or information.
It is sincere birch of trust. I would request strict action against such malpractice.
