I had purchased a microtek inverter model sebz1600 through snapdeal vide order no 12123980301 for Rs6340/-, which was delivered to me on 8th March, 2016. After going through the installation booklet it came to notice that the product is not compatible with my existing setup. As the product was purchased under 100% trust pay policy. I made a refund request on 10th March, 2016 (ticket id 20614723) whereas till now the status is under refund on the above order no. After several online complaints on the snapdeal website the product has not been picked up nor I have received any response or resolution. The product is still lying unused, I request the concern authorities to look into the matter and provide a solution at the earlier.
