Hi, My name is chhaya. I have ordered one product from Voonik(product name:-Ballerina-Black,code-3131938,seller:-Brand Trendz) of Rs:1027, Order No is R435000456. Accordingly I got the delivery of the product on 22nd Feb 2016. But due to difference in size and color I have returned the product to the company pick-up boy on 23rd Feb 2016.After a few days of return i.e. from 27th Feb 16 I am following up with the Voonik by calling up on their customer care number. No customer care executive of the company is in a position to give me the solution or give me the refund status. Most of the time they hang up the call during conversation. I am fed up with the service of the company. Please help me put.
