PAYTM cancelled my order without informing me and refused to return my order

I had bought a new mobile from PAYTM order no 1600742742 on date 14th March 16 Merchant has cancel the order on its own and when i asked them to return my item they refused and tell me to order it again and also not giving me any legitimate reason for there action The order was cancelled by merchant after courier had reached the destination city I had write N no of mails and merchant has refused to return the order
