Complaint Date: January 29, 2016
I ordered a barbie doll cake on sunday, 17th of January 2016 from www.flowergiftshop.com for thursday, 21st of January for my 5 year old niece's birthday in Goa.
Made an online payment of Rs 3128.
The cake was not delivered on the date.
The customer relationship manager claimed he didn't receive the order and that they could not deliver despite an email confirmation from them. They same email thread on which they had sent the confirmation. They said they had a an order of 21st of december 2015 and asked if I would like it delivered then !!!
We agreed on delivery on saturday, 23rd of January instead. On the 23rd when I rang them to confirm time of delivery, they demanded an additional payment of Rs.400 for delivery. I had sent them the delivery address on ordering and the delivery charges were included in the total price. So after much debate, I requested they deliver the cake and they will be paid in cash on delivery. They refused and offered another cheaper cake.
At this point I was sure this was a fraud and that there was no cake. Furthermore, they ruined a 5 year old's birthday party.
On Monday 25th, I get a call asking what I would like to do. I said I would like a refund they refused and said that they were being so reasonable by offering to weaver the Rs 400 delivery charge on the 23rd but I was not responding !!! So I asked why didn't they just deliver the cake then? Why wait to speak to me? They had no answer.
This business is a fraud. I have tried several times to put up feedback on their website and it gets taken down immediately. I have also noticed the same with other disgruntled customers feedback. The do the same on the facebook page. The contact numbers are : +913340071235, +918017026439. I have the entire email thread of the above.

ts a fake site....dey are charging money online and not providing services....i am going to get dis site shut down soon.....Da guy who is handling all this is not willing to refund the amount as well as not giving the services mentioned online....lets join together and stop this fraud sites in operation
I am going for an official complaint against Choudhary (8017027503) . While talking to him he was laughing and harassing verbally by saying that amount shall not be refunded nor order shall be delivered.
