wrong product delivered and refusing for exchange or pickup

I had made online purchase of Truhome Chennile dhurrie purple on 05/11/2015 from jabong.com. As per spec it was medium size 4x6 feet dimension and cost was ₹1048+ ₹49 delivery. On 12/11/2015 I received from them product which was smaller in size measuring around 2.5 x5 feet. On checking website it was seen that what I received was small size while I had ordered medium size.(attached screenshots for reference)Same day complaint was given to them regarding same as this small size was priced 599 as per their site. Since they sent me the wrong product I requested them to collect the same and send the correct product. They refused and asked me to file return on my side saying they cant give replacement. Since they sent me wrong item I requested them at least for a reverse pickup to which they agreed and put details in my account that pickup will be done by 21 Nov 2015 (pls see pic). I waited till 21st but no pick up was done so I sent email for followup. I got calls from at least 4 persons of theirs every alternate day saying that courier person will call me by evening and puck product or by tomorrow latest courier will contact me. And asking me to confirm if any courier person had called me. However I got no call from any courier. On 09/12/2015 I get a call from another person if theirs saying they cant pick up product and I should make my own arrangement. On questioning why I was being misguided all this while he couldn't explain and disconnected call. Next day again they call me and tell me to keep product and they will give me refund of ₹200.
Product I ordered and paid for is medium size of 1049₹ while I have been sent product of small size and cost 599₹. Difference is more than 200₹ but they are refusing for pickup, exchange and also blocking my amount


1) This matter has been unresolved for a month now and my amount of ₹1097 which I paid has been kept blocked
2) I had ordered Medium size product of higher value but was sent small size item of lower value.
3) Mistake was from their side but they didn't give replacement instead they are troubling customer.
4) they have been misguiding customer on the pretext of reverse pickup
5) If I have to return product on my own as they say, I have to carry the product ( which is bulky) by vehicle to a distance of some 5kms from my place. This will incur fuel charges which nobody will pay me. Also courier charges which I will have to shell out separately will remain blocked till matter resolves.
6) I have wasted resources for follow up with them, like data charges on emails, phone bills and valuable time. All this for no mistake of mine.
7) on requesting them to communicate through email they r refusing and far as possible only talking on phone. My emails r given automated answers mostly.And now they have closed my complaint  are
