I brought an unboxed yu yureka mobile phone from Quikr. In the description, it was clearly written, mobile comes wil all the accessories mentioned in the box. But when I opened the box, screen guard was missing. On contacting Quikr, they replied that we are sorry for the mistake, but nothing can be done and we cannot mention small details on the site. This is sheer misguidance and irresponsible. A clear cheating. The screenguard of original quality in the market comes at a price of 350-400rs. So it's a big monetary loss considering the price of phone.
