Regarding not resolved my complaint Marq by flipkart

Dear sir, i purchased an ac on e commerce company named marq by flipkart on 17 may2019 but after 20 days it stopped working so i lodged a complaint through mail or customer care number they registered my complaint and sent an engineer after engineer visit two parts are out of order and they requested to their head office for parts dispatched but as of now parts not dispatched by marq company and they have no policy regarding complaint resolution. I humble request you to kindly take an action against them.
