The above named company had recommended me a interior decorators namely; HOME OLIVE INTERIOR & DESIGNERS whose owner is SUNNY VERMA OF GHAZIABAD (details attached) whom a contract for repair and renovation of my premises 11/867, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad was entrusted for Rs. 9.12 lacs. After doing a little job for approx. Rs. 2.70 lacs in the premises, Sunny Verma of the above company has taken an amount of Rs. 7.70 lacs as on 13/5/2019 on the pretend that to purchase required material for the house, but I regret to mention that above person has absconded and stop to visit the work site. We have contacted the service company M/s. UrbanClap to assist us in this regard we surprised to receive their answer that while registering the above company with them they made a wrong verification on the PAN Card of a driver Babloo Singh and not SUNNY VERMA who is actual owner of the above interior company. We have reminded UrbanClap again and again through email and telephonic talking as well to resolve the matter but we regret we have not received any satisfactory answer from their end so far. Sir, I have taken a loan from bank for this work. Therefore, I humbly request the Hon'ble Judicial Authorities to take up the matter with UrbanClap to return me a sum of Rs. 5.00 lacs I have excess paid to SUNNY VERMA, so that the service company do not make blunder mistakes in doing proper verification in future to protect the innocent consumers.
