I WISH TO DRAW YOUR KIND ATTENTION I WAS PURCHASE VOLTAS AC 1.5 TON 185ZYB (S) ON THE DATE OF 14 FEB 2017 FROMM NAVRANG AUDIO VIDEO PVT LTD VIKAS MARG LAXMI NAGAR, CURRENTLY AC WAS NOT WORK PROPERLY AND WE WERE RAISE THE COMPLAINT IN VOLTAS CENTRE ON THE DATE OF SEPTEMBER 14 2017 COMPLAINT NO IS 17092203325, AND TILL DATE THERE ARE NO SOLUTION OF OUR PROBLEM AND WE HAVE FACE A DIFFICULTY WITHOUT AC, THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE IS ALWAYS SAID WITHIN TWO TO THREE DAYS YOUR PROBLEM IS RESOLVE, NOW ALMOST ONE MONTH IS PASS AND STILL SOLUTION IS NOT THERE, KINDLY RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE I HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU.
