Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought Aquafresh RO system 8-9 months ago.Past 1 month my RO stop working. Since 1 month, I have been chasing for service of Aquafresh RO system no nobody bothered to visit and provide the service. As we are working nobody available in weekdays we are available only weekends. I requested them to send technician only on weekends. Whenever I called Aquafresh they make false promise that technician will visit this weekend. But as usual no body turned up. I Want this product/ My money to be refunded as well as i want 10000 Rs Extra for mental Harassment for chasing for the service past 1 month.
