My water purifier Kent ROs back panel is broken due to error in installation . I registered a service request for this but Kent service manager called us and talked in a manner that this damaged happened because of our fault ,and I explained him that the plastic panel is not strong enough to hold the ro machine and it was not properly installed .After that issue they rejected all service requests
