COMPLAINT AGAINST EUREKA FORBES

I had purchased online AMC for my Eternity water purifer of Eureka forbes Ltd. and opted for Gold Plan by paying AMC Charges in advance. However after multiple follow ups on customer care number, the technician amit singh having Mob. No. 2035025237 turned up and told that the PCB is faulty without physically examining the machine and told PCB Charges, sensor charges, visit charges will be levied and how many days it will take he cannot inform. However again after sending huge emails, calls to senior executive of Eureka forbes I was only being given false assurances and made to speak with their dealer, who promised to send the technician witihin two days. Again after lapse of 4 days I called and technician Amit singh having Mob. No. 2035025237 turned up with other technician at around 19.00 hrs and told to pay him cash of Rs.2700/- additionally then only he will touch the machine. When I told that I am not running away from home and to check the machine physically, whether PCB is faulty and then repair the machine, he told that Company Eureka Forbes, their seniors Mr. Nitin 7045830863 and dealer Sai Leela corporation, Ambernth had told to collect cash before touching the machine. I told him if this is your attitude, you can leave and I will see that to do legally. But other technician understood the situation and he checked the machine, and found some other part broken and he gay me extra quotation of rs.2500/- to Rs.3000/- for that extra part which totalled to aproximately Rs.3000/- + rs.2700/- + rs.2200/-. I told that you can leave the machine and go. The technicians of EUREKA FORBES were least interested to repair the machine during all these 15 days period and I was made to go through hell making calls daily and they kept my call waiting for for around 15 min to 1/2 hour and daily my 2 hours from last 15 days were wasted till yesterday 19.1.2024 and writing emails to them. The service, technicians, senior persons, dealers are only interested to EXORT MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS, NONE OF THEIR SENIORS ARE INTERESTED TO GIVE SERVICE TO THEIR TECHNICIAANS. I have all call recordings, email chains which can prove that they are just copying and pasting same reply to all their customers. If at all the technician would have checked machine on 1st day i would not have gone through all this mental harassment by these technicians AND wasted my precious time of 15days. I hereby give notice to pay me compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) for the mental harassment, time wastage done to me immediatley
