Complain for Dr. Aquaguard HD RO + UV refund under process from past 3 months

The Product was received on 18th April , 2016 & i found the product to be defective ( product full of scratches ) . I registered a complain on 19th April & asked for Replacement . The Executives confirmed that the Replacement would be done in a week . I waited for 2 weeks but there was no response . I was calling them up continuously during these two weeks so that the product can get replaced soon but there was only a single response i.e our team is looking in these matter . I again registered a complain for Refund this time as i dont wanted these type of third class services . Placed Refund Request in the month of May first week . Called the customer service hundred's of time to get the product refunded . After 1 month 9 days i.e. On 10th June the product was picked up by GATI Courier . It hardly takes a 4 to 5 days to deliver any parcel in mumbai . I called up the customer service to check my refund status on 18th June . The response was we haven't received the courier in our warehouse . I again called up after 3-4 days . The Response was the same . Called these idiots again on 28th June . The response was still the same that we haven't received the product in our warehouse . They had also promised me that they will initiate refund if they still don't receive the product in 2 days & my account would be credited by Tuesday i.e. on 5th July . But Now on 4th July , when i am tracking the docket no. courier company says that " Undelivered due to customer request another date of delivery " . On 2nd July ( as per GATI tracking ) the message was " Undelivered due to Customer / Consignee Refusing to Accept Delivery " .

I request Consumer Court to help me resolve this issue on priority basis as its almost a long time already & these people are testing patience of customer .

They also have a policy of 30days refund guarantee , but still they themselves are violating their policies
