Let me just go through the agony and distress that has gone by after the product was installed at my residence.
The initial week it worked great then one fine day in the morning I found the Led light which has to be Blue was now showing as Green, I called up the customer care & to my surprise there was an untrained local who dropped in with "ZERO" knowledge about your product saying it has to show green Led only , to my shock now whom to trust the guy who said Blue or Green , Some how he managed to get it reset and now it was Blue to which he says "See its blue now...OK", and I am still wondering which indicator is to be right.
Another month and this time around it is like the water storage tank which used to take 20 minutes to fill now take over an hour and I have to call the service person , this time the mode to fix it is he hammered the back of the unit "it was like repairing a bike which had dent" and needed a fix. Still though the problem was not solved after a few visits also it was the same hammering of the filter every now and then that would work for a day or 2 at max.
In between these, I had to call many a times the service person for the unit not functioning properly, Their excuse to us is that the water is very polluted and need extra filter for the filter to work we even obliged to that and One should note at this point that there are others in our society using similar units for filter and it is working fine. I feel this is a total failure of a single machine and we just ask for it to be either fixed with due interest taken or if not possible replace the same.
I wish to inform you that as the product is now under your warranty I am getting these fixed with half satisfaction, even less than half I feel. I would like to inform you that I had mentioned to them if this is continues I will be in no state financially nor mentally to use it any longer and request you to refund or find me proper solution to this as , I trusted the practice of Eureka Forbes and had high hopes from what I read about before making the decision.
Apart from these the service center at Santacruz,Mumbai from where the person is sent are totally care free about the law and its consequences and have laughed at our condition saying we do not have any complaint no where as these people do not have any paperwork when they come its just they do not care for the fact that we are asking for the service and the equipment for what we paid.
We hope that such cases be handled keeping in mind the ill effects causing to the consumer health and necessary steps taken.

I have been following up with the customer service team pertaining to address my Aquaguard leakage problem and all I have been hearing is we will resolve it as soon as possible. How soon?
I renewed my AMC in November and I requested for Filters to be changed in December 1st week however it was after 15 days it was changed i.e. 28th December post that there is water leakage problem where water is continuously flowing out from filters which is inside of filters.
Since than I am being told that the engineer will come but no one has addressed. I spoke to Vivek on 31st December morning i.e. today who said he was the Manager in customer support and I was told that by 1pm the engineer will come but no one has come.
