Respected sir,
I would like to express my bad experience from a reputed company (Dolphin Water Purifier) for a service and they have behaved like that we should not call them twice for a request. As i have spoken very gentle and he has raised against me that im managing with less man power i can send my tecnician on prioty . I have brought 2 water purifier with the trust of service and basic service request that they are not able to lisen, then where will i go for further action,that i have called the call center no. +91 8888888881 which is not active SERVICE PERSON CONT. WHICH I HAVE SPOKEN WITH +91 9946898989 . I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO NEXT MY 2 MICHINES ARE DEAD NOW . ITS FOR A REPUTED RESORT WHERE ALL THE GUESTS ARE CONSUMING THE SAME.. REQUESTING YOUR KIND SUPPORT TO RESOLVE THIS IS ISSUE
