Sir,
The above mentioned madam came on Facebook live for selling of products which mainly included sarees, and told us to WHATSAPP for any buying of their products. So, I messaged that lady for a piece of saree which I liked. The saree costing Rs 3550 was sent to me by her via DTDC AWB no. K25742190 shipped on 2nd OCT,2020. The product turned out to be poor, damaged quality as a result of which I asked for an replacement/refund; for which she never agreed for, instead of she kept mentally harassing me repeatedly, I have pointed out in Facebook live she didn't say anything about refund policy. I have tried to reason with her citing she has no GST BILL of her product from her shop, without any license she has sold the fake product with me.
I have failed all my reasons with her. She stood her ground in spite she being at fault. Alas! I had to make an complaint to you guys @Consumer Forum. Please look into this and help me with the refund of my money.
