Defective product received and company not responding from LatestOne.com

I purchased an apple keyboard on 22 Nov 2015 from LatestOne.com and received a defective product.Since then i tried contacting them but hard luck. The phone number on their website remains unattended all the time. After several weeks they replied to my emails concerning the issue and promised to get a reverse pick up done but no one ever showed up. I tried a lot to get in touch but they dont answer. And the product is still with me packed.
