More than 1 month and issue not resolved even under extended warranty of Reliance Digital

Its been more than a month but after continuous followup reliance digital didn't repair my refrigerator which is under extended warranty of Reliance Digital RESQ plan.
On 16th May 2019 I have raised the issue 17th may 2019 Reliance Digital engineer visited and after inspection of the Refrigerator said PCB is damaged and needs 2-3 days for the part to be available and replaced after waiting 2-3 days as there was no update I called to your so called customer care on 21st May 2019 and they just said that its escalated and will be resolved soon from that time.
They didn't inform me about anything then after continuous follow up they raised a complain in LG on 27th May 2019.(They almost took 11 days to actually start the process). After that LG visited on 31st may and said again the same thing that PCB is damaged then they took almost 7-8 days to visit again and replace the PCB again they said something else needs to be replaced which they will to tomorrow then again they came after 2 days and replaced that small part as well then LG technician said refrigerator compressor is also faulty and needs to ben changed again they took 3-4 days to send a technician with new compressor but that technician said that compressor is fine that new PCB is only faulty and now still waiting for their reply and no one is responding. I want full compensation for my refrigerator and my time and metal haressment I had to go through
