Hon'ble Sir,
I have booked a Simplex free bungalow No.4, Road No.7 in Vastu Vihar Ph-1, Industrial Area, CEIPET road, Hajipur, Vaishali on 04/03/17 and payment made as advance ₹7,35,100/- (including development & Legal charge) between 4/3/17 to 22/5/17.
But the company has not done sale deed of land or construction agreement with me till date.
So I want refund my advance payment amount with interest early.
