Hon'ble Sir,
I have booked a Simplex free bungalow No.4, Road No.7 (internal Road) in Vastu Vihar Ph-1, Industrial Area CEIPET Road, Hajipur, Vaishali on 5/3/17 and payment made as advance amount ₹7,35,100/- (including development & Legal charge) between 5/3/17 to 22/5/17 whenever demand by the company.
But the company has not been done sale deed of land or construction agreement with me till date.
Therefore, I want refund my advance payment amount with interest early.
