Hi, this complaint is against a builder Jain Housing who is forcing us to pay more to obtain TDS, parking and NDC. The building is not correcting total INR paid by us in their accounts, claiming GST of 12% on under-construction block even after April 2019 generated invoices, unnecessary delays charges etc.
