Sir help me get justices ,My father has given the property for builders Rajeev Saraf and Janardhan Reddy , in the development agreement they have agreed to get all the required permissions from HMDA , HMWS and electrical transformer , which he has not , apart from that he has not construction the building properly , the terrace has spoiled , whenever tank over flows or it rains , the water stagnates, the complete building is getting effected , plumbing issues , electrical issues , silicon covering for windows, Faulty lift ,whenever we are approaching him he promises to do the work however it takes ages to start single work and at the end he simply abandons the work.
Also he has not handed over the property to me within the said 18+3months
Please advice me how I need to proceed , I have complained in online consumer forum , is that enough or what other necessary actions should I take.
