reliance Jio- Broadband- connection - bills paid for last three months but every month the new bill

I got reliance Jio Broadband in the year 2021, in the name of my company LK Marine Services Private Limited, Chennai. Till June 2022, there was not any issue with regard to payment and receipt of bills with Jio, from July 2022, the issue started, I paid the bills in July 2022, in the same form, through Phonepay- and submitted proof of my bank confirming that the amount has been credited to the customers account, the grievance team in Reliance Jio , didn't listen to it and demanded the amount together with next month ebill, then I resorted to NEFT payment mode, that too, for august, september they had reconciled the bank account with their records and got sorted out, but from October 2022, november 2022 and december 2022, though I have paid the bills they continue to demand the additional bills through the next month bills. I have all the records of payment, I approached their grievance team, but they didn't seem to respond to my complaint, yet they threaten to disconnect the connection. Which is cheating, forgery, causing mental trauma, distorting smooth function of business
