ON 25TH May 2018,I made a txn of Rs 1113 to paytm for booking the bus services(i used paytm UPI).The amount got deducted and now they say that they haven't received the money.The PNB also rejected the claim saying that txn was succesful to the merchant and i can see that in the Paytm UPI txn history section.Now,they are not even replying,I have written so many tweets and complaints,But they dont bother to reply or refund my money
