I had paid an amount of Rs. 630/- for 2 tickets of show time 12.15 on 3.6.2019, payment (order ID 141174) processed successfully from Paytm but tickets not booked, later I had booked tickets from book my shows site.
I had lodged complaint to Paytm and cinepolis both but Neither paytm nor cinepolis tried to refund my money.
