I am complaining on behalf of my mother . She is uneducated and widow.I am in Newzealand. I want my mother to come to Newzealand urgently but the workers in passport sewa kendra ambala is really wasting our time . She has a passport already but there was a spelling mistake so we booked an appointment to change her name . Her first appointment was on 12 of November,2018 . She has gone and done everything what was told to her . Then we waited for police enquiry but it didn’t come through for more than a month then she enquire and somehow she came to know that they need more documents and 500 rupees as well . She paid and again given an appointment on 31 December,2018 . Then they said that she has to go through chandigarh passport office . And she went to Chandigarh on the very next day thats 1 January,2019 . And the Chandigarh office said that again she has to go to ambala office on 7 January,2019. What the hell is going on in these offices ?They don’t know there could be am emergency. I am pregnant and I am alone here. I urgently need her but these workers are just wasting our time . Could you please tell me whats wrong with it. I am attaching all the details of her passport
