The appointment was given at 12.15 pm. After passing through the initial preliminary check, A and B counters,we reached the counter C at 1.25 pm and were told that the lunch break starts at 1.30, hence wait for 45 mins.
Is this the way a service is operated??? If so, when the appointment is selected for kids, why is this slot allocated?? Do you understand how much of an inconvenience it is with kids at lunch hours and just making us wait for a single final counter?
Also there is no parking facility. How the hell do you expect us to reach the premises.
