I hired Safe express packers and movers for transferring my house hold items from Delhi to Lucknow. They ensured to me that my stuff will reach to the destination in approx 2 days from the day of loading but the stuff reached to me after 10 days. On the top of that, the damage to my belongings caused by gross negligence on the part of Safe express packers. In addition, the most significant of my belongings were completely broken by movers during the transit (check the attached photos). These crockeries and photos cost me a fortune, and I had purchased it on a special occasion. The company did not even apologize for this damage let alone compensate me for it. This despicable behavior is exacerbated by the fact that Mr. Dheeraj Sharma (Delhi NCR region) denied owning up to this damage. Now when I am calling them, they are not picking my phone and added my phone number to their blocked list.I expect at the least Safe express Packers & Movers treat me fairly by refunding the amount of money that I had been coerced to pay including the charges for the damage.
